An automatic desktop background wallpaper changer.

It allows you to specify a folder of images to randomly cycle through, and will change your wallpaper on a configurable interval. It supports .BMP, .JPG and .PNG files.
This program places an icon in your tooltray, and a program running in the background. This program only comes alive at the specified interval so it doesn't take much processing power.
